The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) expects cloudy in Jakarta and its surrounding areas all day today. But residents must stay alert to changes in weather.

"Cloudy this morning," expressed BMKG's Public Relations Division Head, Akhmad Taufan Maulana, Friday (10/18).

In the afternoon until at dawn, weather would be cloudy and sunny in West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta and Thousand Islands.

"Temperatures are predicted at 24 to 33 degrees Celsius with humidity of 55 to 90 percent. Wind blows from east to south in 05-20 kilometers per hour," he stated.
